I must say this is one of my favorite tracks on Teyana’s Mixtape! It has been stuck in my head every since the night I heard the exclusive on ustream. It has a real 90’sMary J Blige My Life AlbumFeel… If you have ever been betrayed, heart broken, or just hurt by anyone (not just relationship wise) THIS SONG IS FOR YOU !!! On this song Teyana brews up personal feelings and expressing hurt behind not feeling mutual love from someone who she loves with all her heart and holds down through thick & thin. She also expresses that although she loves him, she refuses to endure the hurt any longer when she says

You know, you know i love you I hold you down everyday…. but don’t hurt me no more, my love’s got a limit!
